Details: Available when wearing a shield.

Throws a shield at the target, inflicting long range physical damage to the target and enemies within 7x7 cells around it.

For 5 seconds, hit enemies' movement speed is reduced by 20% and damage taken increases by 10% (doesn't work on boss monsters).

Damage is additionally increased depending on Self Study Tactics level, caster's base level, and POW.

After casting, the weapon cannot be replaced for 1.2 seconds.
