Description : Draw whirling shape on the ground and trap the target into a chaos. The trapped target is in a chaos, so it loses its way and moves abnormally. To monsters, it makes the monster confused, so the monster changes its attacking target randomly. Must have a Paint Brush and consumes 2 Surface Paint.
