Description : Decrease target's movement, casting speed and also flee rate. The target has to consume additional SP [Laziness skill level x 10] to use any skills while target is affected by Laziness. Must have a Makeover Brush and consume 1 Face Paint. The chance of success depends on the caster and target's level and stats.
