On the 2nd floor of the Criatura Academy, talk to Luísa.

She gives you a Gunslinger Manual (2941).

Once you reach job level 10, select "Gunslingers' Manual?" to travel to Einbroch.

This step is optional, but it gets you to the Guild faster.
