Name Change Coupon.
This coupon must be purchased by the character undergoing the name change.
Procedure:
1) Open the box with the character undergoing the name change.
2) Create an Apprentice with the desired name on the same server as the character.
3) Send an e-mail to with the following information: Login, name of the character that will have the nickname changed, class and level of the character, server, name of the Apprentice created and contact telephone number in the format DDD + number. If the Apprentice is on another account, please also provide the game account on which they were created, their Level Up! account and their personal details, such as full name and e-mail address. If the information does not match, the name will not be changed.
4) Wait for the GM team to analyze it. The change is made within 7 working days.
* Attention: Clan leaders and users punished for benefiting or using BOT will not be able to go through the procedure. In these cases, the change will not be made and the amount spent on the item will not be refunded.
