[Amatsu, the Eastern Paradise]
Amatsu is the first of the countries on Rune-Midgard's eastern island route. You'll notice that its inhabitants are reserved, but once you get to know them, you'll see that they are a welcoming people who value tranquillity and honor above all else.
On your visit, we recommend that you visit the wonderfulTemple of the Waters, known for being the home of the spirits that have preserved this land. You can also visit the Imperial Palace and see the best of Amatsu's arcHitecture. Be sure to pay your respects to theEmperor of Amatsuwho, despite being the most liberal of all eastern rulers, values the honor of foreigners.
Also stop by the legendaryHundred-Year Cherry Treeto see the most beautiful plant in all of Rune-Midgard. It blooms all year round, and the locals venture to say that it is sacred. Many a marriage proposal has been made here. Who knows, maybe you'll have the same luck?
Don't forget to stop by theCarp Pond, located in the middle of the nobility-themed gardens. These ornamental fish are colored in a strong red, wHite and black, the symbol colors of Amatsu.
