Cacao

A seed from the cocoa tree. These trees do not grow in countries with a cold climate. When ripe, the seeds are roasted, fried and then crushed to form cocoa paste. There are places where this paste is made by trampling on the seeds... Chocolate is solid cocoa paste mixed with milk.
