For every 2 refine levels, ATK +10.

For every 3 refine levels, Severe Rainstorm damage +10%.

At refine level 7, variable casting -10% and additionally increases Severe Rainstorm damage by 15%.

At refine level 9, skill after-cast delay -10% and Severe Rainstorm cooldown -2 sec.

At refine level 11, physical damage dealt to enemies of all sizes +15% and ranged physical damage +15%.
