For every 2 refine levels, ATK + 10.
For every 3 refine levels, Tiger Cannon damage +5%.
At refine level 7, MHP + 5% and Tiger Cannon skill cooldown -1 sec.
At refine level 9, Fallen Empire damage +25% and additionally increases Tiger Cannon damage by 15%.
At refine level 11, physical damage dealt to enemies of all sizes +15% and melee physical damage +15%.
