Legend has it that before Tristan III took the throne of Prontera, the former king of Rune-Midgard was cursed and turned into a frog hat. Only when its owner received a passionate kiss would the Frog King return to normal, to reward its wearer with great wealth. This may be true, or just an excuse for you to go around handing out kisses, but either way, you're not complaining.
