Spiked Scarf

Originally used by the Youkai exterminators of Amatsu. It became popular with the Ninja-Fishermen, who shouted "COME ON!" as they threw harpoons into the sea. It's particularly effective against pinching your aunt's cheek ("Auntie's cutie!") or torturing her face.
