When performing a physical attack, has a chance to recover 2500 HP every 1 sec for 4 times and 50 SP every 1 sec for 4 times.
For every 2 refine levels, ATK +10.
For every 3 refine levels, ranged physical damage +4%.
At refine level 7, ATK + 5% and variable casting -15%.
At refine level 9, Cart Cannon damage +15% and increases attack speed (reduces after-attack delay by 10%).
At refine level 11, physical damage dealt to enemies of all sizes +15% and additionally increases Cart Cannon damage by 15%.
