A feathered tiara that once belonged to a legendary magical girl. Some believe that its original owner was the powerful magician Sarakura Dropa-Cartas, others that it was the girl Maloka Magika. Apparently, a Novice who was in love with her enchanted the tiara to fulfill his wish and now whenever its wearer needs help, the magical girl and her crosier are conjured up.
