Ruby Quartz Glasses

In Lightzhalzen, one of the academics who worked on the Somatology Laboratory project ended up retiring and opening the "Chico Institute for Gifted Youth". His dream was to train young people who had been born with some magical anomaly to use their special powers for good. Escotti Verões was his first student, doomed to always have to wear those ruby quartz glasses to avoid shooting fireballs out of his eyes.
